THE COLLEGE BASEBALL ACADEMY APPLICATION PROCESS
- WRITTEN APPLICATION
An initial form to fill out to see if you fit our requirements. It is a mix of standard questions as well as open ended questions so that we may get a better understanding if you have the traits we look for.

If we like your written application one of our coaches will call you. We mimic our phone interviews to be as if you were on a call with a college coach. If you are unable to hold your own on a call with us, you won't be able to do it with college coaches.

If you are accepted, we will send you our onboarding course so that we may begin. This includes basic information, payment, training modules, and quizes so that you are adequately prepared.
4. CREATING YOUR OFFER MAGNET

Once your onboarding is complete we will craft your offer magnet. This includes things such as creating a skills video, email scripts, outreach titles, and the unique value you are offering to schools that will give you an edge.
5. CAMPAIGN LAUNCH

Once the Offer Magnet is crafted it is time to begin your campaign. This is a massive process where we contact hundreds (sometimes thousands) of schools that fit your criteria to find the ones that are interested in you. We leave no stone unturned. Once the campaign is completed every school in the country that could possibly be interested, will be in contact.

Schools that were interested in the campaign phase will now reach out. This process is the most complex as we must navigate: handling inbound coaches, escalating interest into offers, leveraging the offers we have, and negotiating to get the best offer possible from the school you want.

Once you make the decision on which school you want to commit to, you must navigate the final steps. However you now have found the school you want to play at, this is a huge moment you will remember for the rest of your life!

Now it's time for you to focus all of your energy on getting ready to compete at your new school. We will give you our exit strategies and any information you need to move forward. However your time at The College Baseball Academy has come to an end. You will be added to the long list of over 100 athletes who we have been lucky enough to have helped play college baseball.
